At Mother Denim, we craft premium denim that fits perfectly. If our Bootcut, Flare, or Rigid styles don’t meet your expectations, we offer straightforward returns within 15 days of delivery.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of Hats or any worn items.

Note: Final sale items marked “Rigid” (our signature untreated selvedge denim) cannot be returned or exchanged due to their specialized nature.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, repackage items securely with original tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timeline: Refunds process within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

For size exchanges (where available):

  1. Follow the return process above
  2. Note your desired replacement in your email
  3. We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
  4. You’ll be responsible for additional shipping costs if exchanging for a lower-value item

International Returns: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties. We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges.

Damaged or Defective Items
